Privacy policy

1. What BizGen is
BizGen is an operator console. A business owner signs in and connects accounts they already use, such as email, calendar, payments, and a customer relationship system, so BizGen can show their whole business from one place. BizGen is not a public consumer app. Every account it touches is one the owner explicitly chooses to connect, and every connection can be turned off at any time from the Connections page inside the app.
2. What data BizGen stores
BizGen stores three kinds of data.
Account data
The email address and a password hash used to sign in. BizGen never stores a plain password, only a one-way hash of it.
Workspace business data
Whatever the owner types or uploads into BizGen directly, such as notes, tasks, leads, and business records.
Data synced from services the owner chooses to connect
BizGen only reads a service after the owner clicks Connect for that specific service. The services available today are:
- Gmail: email metadata (who a message was sent to and from, and when) and message content, used only to propose contacts for the owner to review, to draft replies the owner reviews and approves, and to send emails the owner has explicitly approved. BizGen never sends an email through a connected Gmail account without the owner approving it first.
- Google Calendar: meeting details, used to show who the owner is meeting with.
- Zoom: meeting records, used to show who attended calls.
- Stripe:customer and revenue records, used to show the business’s real financial picture.
- GoHighLevel:contact and pipeline records from the owner’s CRM.
- Lofty:contact and pipeline records from the owner’s real estate CRM.
- Apollo: prospect search results, used only when the owner runs a search for new leads.
3. Google user data
BizGen’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain terms, this means:
- Gmail data is never sold.
- Gmail data is never used for advertising, and never shown to advertisers.
- Gmail data is never used to train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.
- Gmail data is only seen by humans the owner has authorized, and only when strictly necessary for security, legal compliance, or with the owner’s consent.
- Gmail data is used only for the features described in section 2 above: proposing contacts, drafting replies, and sending emails the owner has approved.
4. Who else sees the data
BizGen uses a small number of infrastructure providers to run the product. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job, and none of them are permitted to use the data for their own purposes.

| Composio | Brokers the connection between BizGen and the outside services the owner connects, so BizGen never stores the owner’s login credentials for those services directly. |
| Anthropic | Processes text through AI models to power BizGen’s drafting, summarizing, and business-brain features. |
| Stripe | Processes payments. Handles credit purchases made inside BizGen, and, when the owner connects their Stripe account, syncs their customer and revenue data into their workspace. BizGen never sees or stores card numbers. |
5. How long data is kept
BizGen keeps data for as long as the account is active. If the owner asks BizGen to delete their data, BizGen deletes it. Disconnecting a service from the Connections page stops any further syncing from that service immediately.
